Type/Face

My music video was made by comics(drawings). So I didn't use the photo or video of my face. I drew my face and add some lines deviding the face(for mechanical feeling).  Then I  applied same effect used in the music video to integrate well.

Final MV: The Story of Eave ~ Growing Android ~

And another and final music video using fixed images and 'scanner transition'.

This is the story of Eave, growing android, takes revenge to the man who killed her mother. Her mother treated Eave as a human being, and resisted using Eave in the military. Her 'mother' is the person who made Eave, and the man killed her to study Eave by dissection.

Also I tried to sync scanner moving to tempo of the music.
The music used here is 'Only This Moment' by Royksopp.

MV: Eave The Growing Android

I drew the characters in the scenes.

And I scanned the drawings and added some gray tones.

And I made the first music video.
The music is the main theme of Metal Gear Solid3.

MV Concept2-1

I had made other clip using green scanner lamp and red computer lamp, following the concept of 'computer and music'.

Then, I started to think of making comics story and character to composit with the music video.
The basic concept was 'computer', so I wanted to use a robot character.

Here, this is the character I made. Her name is Eave.(not Eve)
completely looks like a human being and grow from fetus to adult, but she is a robot.

I made some animation clips using the character and story.

a_mc.stop();
a_mc._visible = false;
button_btn.onRelease = function() {
//a_mc._visible = true;
//a_mc.start();

//a_mc._visible = true;
//a_mc.play();
gotoAndPlay("b");
//a_mc.stop();
};
stop();
//musiccode = musiccode1.toLowerCase();

concept1: reactive music video player

[concept]
The player processes music video automatically when I input codes of music.
music code's FORM is borrowed from an online game.
That code is used in the game as a music score to play.

The form of code is:

a~g: la~sol musical scale
r: pause
#: sharp
numeral: length od the note
<,>: octave moving

I'll use this strategy to incode a music.

cube

The cube on the corner.
It can be seen as  stand out shape.

tagging

tagging in the sky
I drew my tag using my first (Hangul) alphabet of each character of my name.(ㅅ,ㅎ,ㄹ)
The shape is very sharp and flyable(?), so I tried to put it on the sky.

I cut out the tag and put it on window.
